The New Jerusalem and Its Heavenly Doctrine reading and discussion group will meet every other Monday, (10/6, 10/20, 11/3, and 11/17) at 7 PM in the Cafe
The Heaven and Hell discussion group continues to meet every other Tuesday at 9:30 AM off-site
Dessert & Class - Friday, October 24th at 7 PM. Join us for an evening of fellowship and a class with Pastor Erik! Coffee will be provided—bring a dessert to share (with serving utensils) and your own wine if you’d like.
Class Topic: "Sustainable Intimacy in Marriage" When we marry, or as we look toward marriage or reconnection with a partner who has moved on, we want not just spurts of connectedness and intimacy, but a sustained sense of our spirits touching. We will talk about some principles from New Church teaching that can help us develop that connection we hope for. Many of the principles I'll be presenting work well even if you are not currently married or if your partner is no longer in this world.
